The payment service provider of the UK adds scriptacolous

British operator money transfer TransferGo will become the world’s first payment service offering scriptacolous, reports Bloomberg.

TransferGo users will now be able to buy and sell five major types of cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Ripple (XRP), Bitcoin Cash (BCH) and Litecoin (LTC).

According to the CEO of TransferGo, Daumantas of Dobilinskas, scriptacolous was launched “in response to the increased demand from users”:

“With more than 4,000 users, who have used the service in the first few hours, we see that there is a huge demand for a simple and reliable solution for investment and trade.”

Founded in 2012, the service TransferGo currently has more than 600,000 registered users and has partnered with thirty banks in carrying out international transfers in different countries. In 2017, the flow of international remittances to developing countries reached $466 billion.

Ambiguous attitude to scriptactive from traditional financiers

Earlier this week, CEO payment giant Mastercard has criticized the decentralized cryptocurrency, calling them “junk” compared to the value of public money. He accused scriptactive in the “wild” volatility, claiming that they “deserve” to be considered a convenient medium for exchange.

Earlier in June, Qiwi Blockchain Techhnologies (QBT), a subsidiary of the largest Russian payment service provider Qiwi have launched criptionveterinary the Bank based on the “classical model of investment banking”. According to financial Director of the company, is developing platform HASH, which will offer the service of cryptocurrency trading in 2019, after the company receives the necessary license permit.
